The arrival of the summer solstice brings with it freshly-harvested wheat. A bowl of cold noodles is the perfect remedy to cool down and satisfy your cravings.

面粉中加入鸡蛋和水，

Add eggs and water into the flour, 

揉制成团。

knead it into a dough.

力度均匀地将面团擀成一张面皮，

Roll out the dough evenly into a sheet.

把面皮折叠起来，按照一个方向切成合适的宽度，

Fold the sheet and cut it into the desired width in one direction.

手擀面切好后，用手把面条抖散。

Then gently shake the noodles with your hands to separate them.

将准备好的黄瓜、西红柿、黄花菜、芸豆、小葱、美人椒等食材清洗干净，

Prepare and wash the following ingredients: cucumbers, tomatoes, daylily, kidney beans, scallions, and beauty peppers.

分别改刀成段、丁、丝等适口的形状。

Cut them into your preferred shapes: slices, cubes, or shreds.

鸡蛋中加入葱花，搅拌均匀，

Beat the eggs with chopped scallions,

猪肉切丝，加入酱油腌制片刻，

Slice the pork then marinate in soy sauce for a while.

烧水，将黄花菜、豆角、芸豆焯熟。

Blanch the daylily, green beans, and kidney beans in boiling water.

备好的菜码需要提前炒制，蒜末、葱末炝锅，

Stir-fry the chopped garlic and scallion with those prepared vegetables.

根据个人口味加入适量盐、酱油、味精、花椒油等调味料，

Season with suitable amount of salt, soy sauce, MSG and pepper oil,

炒好的菜码、蒜泥香油、青椒酱和芝麻盐放在碗中。

Arrange the vibrant stir-fried vegetables in a bowl, adding fragrant garlic paste with sesame oil, a splash of spicy green pepper sauce, and a sprinkle of sesame salt.

期间将面条煮熟，

Once the vegetables are ready, you can start preparing the noodles.

把调料和卤子按照个人喜好，逐一加进面碗，

Then add the seasoning and gravy to the bowl according to your personal preference,

就可以享用了。

and the delicious cold noodles are ready to serve.
